1. The Service
Loom.ge provides digital optimization kits for hotels (“The Smart Host Kit”) and AI management tools (“The AI Butler”). By partnering with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Payment Terms: “The Smart Host Kit”
The Core website package is a GEL 1000 fixed-price product governed by strict delivery timelines.
- 2.1 Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit (GEL 500) is required to commence work.
- 2.2 Completion & Review: Upon completion, the website will go live for a strict 72-hour Client Review Period.
- 2.3 Acceptance: If no specific deviations from the contract are reported within these 72 hours, the project is deemed “Accepted.”
- 2.4 Final Payment & Suspension: The remaining 50% balance (500 GEL) must be cleared before the 72-hour window expires. If payment is not received, the website will be automatically suspended.
- 2.5 Reactivation Fee: To restore a website suspended for non-payment, the Client will be charged with the additional GEL 50 Reactivation Fee on top of the outstanding balance.
3. Subscription Services: “The AI Butler”
- 3.1 Billing: Fees are billed monthly in advance.
- 3.2 Grace Period: We provide a strict 3-day grace period after the invoice due date.
- 3.3 Service Interruption: If payment is not received by the end of the grace period, all AI services (Chatbot, Review Manager) will be disconnected immediately.
- 3.4 Reconnection Fee: To resume services after a suspension, the Client must pay the outstanding invoice plus a 50 GEL Reconnection Fee. This fee covers the administrative cost of re-integrating the AI with your communication channels.
4. Maintenance & Updates
The “Smart Host” and “Smart Bar” Kits are complete products. Post-launch updates are not included in the initial price.
- Standard Updates: Minor content changes (text, prices, photos) are charged at a flat rate of 50 GEL per request.
- Complex Updates: Structural changes will be quoted based on an hourly rate of 50 GEL per hour.
- Bugs: Any technical bugs caused by Loom.ge code will be fixed for free, forever.
5. Limitation of Liability

Infrastructure: Loom.ge relies on industry-standard infrastructure (Cloudflare, Netlify, Google, Meta). We are not liable for business losses caused by global downtime, policy changes, or outages of these third-party platforms.

Message Delivery: Loom.ge is not responsible for any messaging services blocking client’s number due to user activity or platform policy updates.

AI Behavior & Accuracy: Loom.ge utilizes industry-leading AI models and configure them with strict, custom-engineered parameters based on your specific venue data. However, you acknowledge that even top-tier Generative AI has inherent limitations and can occasionally produce incorrect information (“hallucinations”). Loom.ge is not liable for:
- Promises made by the AI that contradict your actual policies (e.g., offering free upgrades).
- Misinterpretation of guest queries.
- The tone or sentiment of AI responses.
The AI is an assistive tool; you act as the final supervisor of your guest communications.

Guest Disputes: Loom.ge provides the communication channel, but it is not a party to the rental agreement. Loom.ge is not responsible for any disputes, refunds, or damages arising from direct bookings or guest interactions.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi.
